Kevin was on his patrol duty when he pulled a Black woman over for a traffic violation. However, when she rolled down her window, something totally unexpected happened. That fateful day, Kevin Zimmerman had no idea just how much his life was about to change.
He was out on his regular patrol, and his police-issued vehicle was parked by the side of the road as he monitored the traffic.
