“Recently, I posed a question to a male friend: ‘Can a man propose to a woman he’s not fond of?’ He responded with a query of his own: ‘What do you mean? Are you suggesting a scenario where the man doesn’t love the woman but still proposes?’ I clarified, ‘Yes, something along those lines. A man meets a woman, acknowledges that she doesn’t match his physical preferences, yet endeavors to pique her interest and eventually proposes.
