Kwakwanso and Idahosa
New Nigerian Peoples Party presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwakwanso, has unveiled a Lagos-based cleric as hs running mate.
This is Archbishop Isaac Idahosa, the presiding Bishop and the senior pastor of God First Ministry, popularly known as Illumination Assembly, Lekki Light Centre (LLC), Ajah, Lagos.
He is however a native of Edo State.
This was announced on Thursday via a tweet, by Kwakwanso.
With the choice of the cleric, he seemed to have sought religious balance since heis a Muslim.
Besides, he seems to aim to rival the Peoples Democratic Party by picking a native of Edo, South-South, from where the PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, picked his running mate – Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
