2023 election results will be collated manually – INEC
AIF Media first raised the alarm over the demotion of the INEC ICT Director, Engr Chidi Nwafor.
He is the brain behind the development of BVAS to eliminate rigging.
The Ogas are not happy with him because it was BVAS that stopped the rigging of Osun election. Without the BVAS, Osun state would have been taken but Chidi Nwafor’s electoral invention, the votes were counted and true winner announced.
They got angry with him and demoted him from INEC ICT Director at Abuja Headquarters to INEC Enugu state Administrative Secretary.
They were so furious that despite spending billions of naira in Osun, they still lost. The kind of money they deployed to Osun, can settle ASUU strike, build world class hospital in each of the 6 geopolitical regions and provide a train line from PH to Kano.
But BVAS denied them the chance to rig again.
The price Chidi Nwafor paid for working hard to ensure that Nigeria gets a free, fair and transparent electoral process was demotion.
But all their efforts to sabotage the 2023 election will fail. We will resist every form of rigging.
