A Nigerian woman has been arrested by the police for failing to prove a baby she was carrying is hers.
In a viral video, the lady who claimed that the baby is indeed hers, said she boarded a bus from Enugu to Port Harcourt and was held by the police on grounds that she failed to prove her identity as the child’s mother.
She said she is currently at the Imo state CID.
LIB reached out to the state police spokesperson about the incident but he is yet to respond.
