Police officials said the 25-year-old woman, later identified as Natalie, and the 31-year-old man, later identified as Nafis, were arrested and taken into custody after they reportedly nearly killed a man after robbing him. Both suspects were arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including: attempted murder, kidnaping, armed robbery, arson and drug-related charges.
According to the statement, Natalie and Nafis reportedly lured a man from social media on a date, before they kidnapped him, took turns cutting his throat and then threw him from a bridge. Luckily, the victim, who was not identified, survived. During a interview with investigators, the victim reportedly said that he met Natalie on social media.
