Modupe Sanyaolu, a governorship aspirant on the platform of the Labour Party in Ogun State, has dumped the party.
Sanyaolu officially pitched her tent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun, saying there is nothing in the Labour Party.
Speaking at the PDP secretariat in Abeokuta on Friday, the former guber aspirant said she led her followers from the LP to the leading opposition party.
According to Sanyaolu, her decision to join the PDP was born out of the need to support Ladi Adebutu to win the 2023 governorship election.
“I was a governorship aspirant of the Labour Party. But today, I am joining the PDP. I have tested Labour Party and I know there is nothing there.
“My desire to join the PDP is to support Hon. Ladi Adebutu as the next governor of Ogun State. This is the winning party and I know we are here to win,” she said, urging Ogun people to support the PDP.

Madam, your statement clearly testifies against you. But PO is like a big shade that grants shield to people to lean on, which you have done. Who knows what you really want from Him and the LP.
Humm wise woman she knows what she is looking for dont worried very soon it will clear to them nigeria election is not like organise countries the more you look the less you see .for those that are we understand better.
This one went to LP to look for money. She found no money there. It’s not the LP that has problem, it is you madam Sanyaolu. You could never have won. Good that you realise how empty you were. Adebutu will not give you any money because he understands that’s all you are desperate for
