Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has said that Imolites wholeheartedly support the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The former lawmaker said that no indigene of Imo is obedient to any person or political party other than the APC, Legit reports.
Uzodinma made the comment in reference to the popular slang used by supporters of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who refer to themselves as ‘Obidients.
According to a statement released by the Governor’s office, he noted that it is imperative for the ruling party to become formidable in order to clinch victory come 2023.
He further stated that the APC is a household name in Imo and across Nigeria due to what it has achieved over the years and he is confident that Nigerians will vote massively for the party.

Imo state will be Obidient and will not wait for their supreme court governor who will be late in coming. By the time he gets to be OBIdient the ship of progress, development , and good governance may have sailed. And he will be stranded. Pity Hope.
