A bus driver is stunned when he finds a child hiding in an abandoned sports bag in his bus, and ends up saving the boy and transforming his own life forever. Adam Loftner was a driver for a well-known intercity bus service and he’d been crossing the country for years. He loved his job, but it was a lonely life. Adam’s shifts and odd hours meant that there wasn’t a lot of time for romance, and besides, he was a shy man.
One evening, Adam had just arrived after having driven to Cleveland from Detroit. He was walking through the bus to make sure no passengers had stayed behind when he noticed a large sports bag on one of the back seats.
