This couple abandoned their daughter for being ugly, but 20 years later, they got an unexpected visit that left them wholly shocked and confused. Peter and Ava Morris were just about to have lunch when a firm knock on their door stopped them in place.
They exchanged a nervous glance, unsure of who the visitor could be, as they were not expecting anyone that afternoon. Ava wondered if it was a delivery person or someone who rang the wrong doorbell.
The middle-aged woman quickly rushed to answer it. Once there, she spoke softly to the person on the other side, asking them to identify themselves. However, no response came through. Puzzled, Ava peeked through the peephole only to see a slender lady with ginger hair standing outside.
