A police officer has boasted on camera that he doesn’t collect change. According to him, he collects ‘better money’ from motorists.
He made the boast while courageously demanding a bribe from motorists.
The video was filmed by road users on an expressway.
They were accosted by the police officer who openly asked them to give him ”better money”. According to the police officer, even the IGP knows he collects money. He said his commandant has also told him that he needs to ensure he collect ”better money” so that when there is an issue, he, the commandant, can defend him.
According to him, the road is his ”market” while commuters are his ”customers”.
