An altercation between a man and an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA was captured on tape and shared online.
According to reports, the LASTMA official stopped the man’s car while he was on duty and prevented him from leaving.
However, as they were arguing over undisclosed issues, the motorist came down from his car to assault the official.
He could be seen slapping and hitting the LASTMA officer as passers-by intervened and tried to prevent it from escalating.
