A woman was mad over a domestic incident with her former family. So, she and a man went to the home and stabbed two people to death.

Now, both killers will spend at least 25 years behind bars.

Recently, a judge in Sullivan County, New York, sentenced Chasity Cutway, 38, and David Host, 33, to life in prison. They were convicted of killing 41-year-old Glenn Travis and 18-year-old Derek Travis at their home.

Both suspects will have to serve at least 25 years behind bars before becoming parole eligible, according to The Daily Voice.

This brutal attack continues to traumatize those left in its wake, who suffer from the loss of their loved ones and the futures they planned together, as well as the loss of their ability to feel safe in their own homes,” District Attorney MeaganGalligan said, according to The Daily Voice.

The two conspired with each other and a third person — who was not convicted — for the crime. Cutway was a former stepmom to one of the victims and was angry over a previous domestic situation, according to the Times Herald-Record.

Host and Cutway went to buy a gun to kill the victims, according to the Albany Times-Union. Then, on Jan. 13, 2021, they went into the victims’ home and Cutway was armed with a gun. Host had a baseball bat and knives.

Cutway pointed the gun at Glenn Travis but told Host it jammed. A third person was also in the home and not killed, the Times-Union reported.

She then stabbed Glenn Travis to death as Host attacked the teen, the Times-Union reported.

Glenn Travis was a popular chef in the community when he was killed.

The two suspected pleaded guilty in the case in February.
