It was palpable fear as some residents defied possible explosion to scoop petroleum product from the scene of a leaking tanker and some of them were swimming inside the fuel while scooping.
In the video footage posted a man was sighted swimming inside the fuel while scooping, the petrol almost cover him as he held a bucket making attempt to fill and pass it on to Another to bring it out.
The video footage sparked reactions among social media users who fear on their behalf, saying what if the tanker explode how will they survive it.
