    Trending video: Soldiers spotted running away from angry youths

    A video which has sparked reactions online shows the moment a group of young men were chasing after some Army officers.

    It is not immediately clear what led to the chase, but the incident left people asking questions and expressing fear for the members of the community.



    The soldiers were armed with objects which did not look like guns, while the youths who were also wielding sticks and stones engaged them in a hot pursuit.


    Shop owners in the area and onlookers were shocked to see military officers running away as they wondered what could have happened.

    CorrectNG reported earlier that ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Sheggz said his known by every single policeman stationed at Ikoyi in Lagos State.


    He revealed this on Monday, August 29, while having a conversation with his love-interest, Bella, and their co-housemates, Allysyn and Doyin.

    Sheggz, who is a footballer recounted a time he was heading to the airport as early as 5am and they met police officers at a checkpoint in Bourdillon.

    According to him, his father decided to drive him that day in order to have a father-son bond because whenever he (Sheggz) travels, they hardly see eachother until about six months later.

    He said that when they were passing the checkpoint, all the policemen started hailing him and screaming his nickname, Big Sheggz.

    He shared the story to reinforced his claim that he is popular in Ikoyi and people often call him Big Sheggz outside the house.
